Cookies, Pixels, and Similar Technologies

The Marketing Site uses cookies and similar technologies in the following categories. You can manage your preferences for non-essential cookies through the consent banner displayed when you first visit the Marketing Site, and at any time through the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer.

  • Strictly Necessary. Required to operate the Marketing Site, including security, load balancing, and consent-preference storage. These cannot be disabled.

These technologies may set cookies or pixels that allow advertising partners to recognize your browser across websites.
  • Functional. Remember your preferences (such as language and content personalization) on the Marketing Site.

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of “sale” and “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA and similar state laws. When the Marketing Site detects a GPC signal in your browser, we treat it as an opt-out for that browser.

Advertising and “Sharing” Under State Law

ClassCloud does not sell personal information collected through the Marketing Site for money. However, when advertising and analytics cookies are active, the use of those technologies may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising or a “sale” under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), the Colorado Privacy Act, and other U.S. state comprehensive privacy laws, including (as applicable) those of Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Tennessee, Iowa, Delaware, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Minnesota, and Maryland.

Children

The Marketing Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Marketing Site. If you believe a child has submitted information through the Marketing Site, contact privacy@classcloud.ai and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Relationship to the Product Privacy Policy

This Policy governs only the Marketing Site. If you are a school district, educator, parent, or student using the authenticated ClassCloud application, our Product Privacy Policy applies and is available at https://www.classcloud.ai/privacy-policy. Where the two policies conflict with respect to a specific surface, the policy applicable to that surface controls.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last Revised” date at the top reflects the most recent update. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice (for example, by a prominent notice on the Marketing Site or by email to subscribers).
